To join PriceEdge your business must first have a NokNok account. If you've done this already, simply connect your wallet and sign our agreement. If you have not yet done this, register now, and come back to finish the process.

Individuals may sign up to the loyalty programme independently of relations with any particular merchant, via the forms below. Just agree to terms and tell us a little about yourself.

Membership Agreement

Onboarding requires you join the PriceEdge Rewards Programme. However, joining the programme is free. Just check the box below and click the button.

1. Membership. Your connected wallet becomes your PriceEdge membership identity and may be recognized across participating merchants.

2. Rewards basis. Membership enables v$ (USD) discount rewards and related reward activity connected to your wallet.

3. Wallet responsibility. You are responsible for the wallet you connect and for transactions initiated from it.

4. Programme integrity. PriceEdge may suspend abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use of the programme.

This wallet is not a registered NokNok merchant account. Register as a merchant with NokNok first, then return and connect with the same wallet to accept the PriceEdge Merchant Agreement.

03 - PRICEEDGE AGREEMENT

Merchant Agreement

NokNok supplies your merchant profile. Accept these separate terms to activate PriceEdge for that merchant.

1. Scope. PriceEdge provides merchant infrastructure for invoice creation, stablecoin checkout, v$ (USD) reward issuance, and settlement normalization into USD.

2. Trial and pricing. Merchant onboarding begins with a free trial period. After the trial period ends, PriceEdge charges a 2% fee on processed merchant volume unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Merchant obligations. You represent that the business, banking, wallet, and callback information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the merchant entity.

4. Wallet and callback operations. You are responsible for safeguarding your settlement wallet, API key, and callback signing secret, and for operating a callback endpoint that can receive and process PriceEdge payment-status notifications.

5. Rewards and returns. PriceEdge rewards are denominated in v$ (USD). Merchant acknowledges that approved returns within the PriceEdge network are refunded in v$ (USD), not in fiat or card-network credits.

6. Settlement. Customer payments may be made in supported stablecoins. Merchant settlement is normalized into USD, which the merchant may burn into its designated withdrawal bank account.

7. Compliance and acceptable use. Merchant will not use PriceEdge for unlawful commerce, sanctioned activity, fraud, or misleading promotion, and will comply with applicable financial, tax, and consumer-protection laws.

8. Suspension. PriceEdge may suspend or terminate access for fraud risk, sanctions concerns, abuse of the rewards system, or material breach of these terms.
